To build a mind into a personal robot (PR) is to make human minds measurable. The first step of making human minds measurable is to make natural languages measurable. The foundation of making human minds measurable is the duality of the Universe and the Cognition, which is the twin of the Universe. The matter-information and energy-truth dualities provide a paradigm of measuring the mass, volume and energy of a piece of information in the Cognition. In the Cognition, each logic system defines a cognitive medium where a reasoning process describes a traveling path of truth with or without information bodies. Each logic operation in a logic system takes a physical time and a logic time. The former is the time that a physical machine needs to complete the logic operation and the later is the time that the truth ravels along the reasoning path in the Cognition. In this sense, a logic spans a space in the Cognition to host the corresponding logic system. Information has a meaning to a logic system only if it can act a work upon the latter. A knowledge to a logic system is an information body that has the ability to transfer truth into the logic system. Therefore, the amount of knowledge is measure by the amount of truth. The relation between two logic systems with respect to the transmission of meanings is defined by understanding. Only when the truth injected into an information body by the first logic system can be fully recovered at the second logic system, we say both logic system achieved full understanding. Therefore, understanding is a one-directional transfer of truth value of an information body. Creativity of a logic system is the ability of capturing pure truth sent from other logic systems using the information body within the logic system. Intelligence is the ability of a logic system to get meaning out of an information body. A logic system is smarter than the other when it can get more truth out of the same information body.
